Accreditation and Designation Statement
The Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons (SAGES) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide Continuing Medical Education for physicians.
The Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons (SAGES) designates this other [live and enduring] activity for a maximum of 139.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits ™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
American Board of Surgery (ABS) Continuous Certification Program
This activity has also been designated as Self Assessment CME credit, which counts towards the ABS’ Continuous Certification Program. In order to claim Self Assessment credit, attendees must participate in a post meeting assessment based on Learning Themes which will be available as part of the overall meeting evaluation and CME credit claim.
